AI Action form recognition

AI fills the Action form from text

Describe what happened in one message, open the Action form and let the built-in AI fill the record. It determines the record type and fills the fields that can be recognized from the text and available records.

• The form stays editable, so you can correct any field before saving.
• The result uses the text you entered and the records available to your account.

What AI fills

• Money: amount, currency, category, operation type, subscription, date and a suitable card. Card selection can take the currency into account.
• Time: duration, category and date of the work.
• Tasks: task type, title and a date recognized from a longer description.
• Matching records: details from a similar previous record can be used to fill the new one.

Example

Write a sentence such as “Taxi from the airport, 25 dollars, yesterday”. AI fills the money record with the amount, currency, category, date and a matching card when the required data is available.

For time, describe the work and its duration. For a task, write the expected work in a longer phrase so AI can fill the title and date.
