The Table Export extension exports your u0life records in one click. Data is structured into a clean CSV file that opens instantly in any spreadsheet software. Perfect for client billing, financial accounting, building pivot tables, and archiving records.

Exportable data types

Tasks

Task titles, status values, deadlines, tracked hours, and links to projects, clients, and categories.

Time tracking

Logged work intervals, total hours per day, and project allocations for client timesheets.

Finances & money

Income and expenses with amounts, currencies, transaction dates, accounts, and categories.

Clients & projects

Client rosters, active projects, associated work history, and summary totals.

How it works

Flexible time periods: export by recent days (7, 30, 90 days), current calendar month, or any custom date range.

Category exclusions: omit internal or personal categories so only relevant records are included.

Universal spreadsheet compatibility: encoded in UTF-8 with standard delimiters so characters, numbers, and dates open properly in Excel, Google Sheets, and Numbers.

App activation

Table Export is a built-in extension in the u0life application ecosystem. It can be enabled directly within the app:

  1. Open the u0life app and go to user settings → Extensions.
  2. Find Table Export and toggle it on.
  3. Select the data type (tasks, time, or money), pick your date range, and click Download CSV.
