AI task autosorting
AI task autosorting
Turn on Smart sorting in the new task form. After the task is created, AI places it into the available work schedule instead of leaving every new task on the current day.
- The checkbox is available when creating a new task.
- Manual AI sorting is also available in Task analytics, where you can choose additional tools.
How the schedule is calculated
- User: the assignee’s profile supplies the workday start, workday length, working days and already occupied time.
- Task: planned duration, status, priority, planned date and creation time determine the order and the required interval. A task without an estimate uses 60 minutes for planning.
- Client: a configured work start date and monthly hour limit are respected.
- Project: a configured work start date and monthly hour limit are respected as well.
- The task is placed into a free interval and can move to a later workday or month when the current capacity is full.
Dates, statuses and priorities
The planned date, status and priority help choose the task’s place. If the planned date has passed, daily rollover moves unfinished work to the current available interval.
Completed tasks leave the active queue. Waiting tasks participate in sorting normally, and lower priority numbers are considered first. Status and priority are considered together.
Additional AI tools
- Remove duplicate tasks.
- Recalculate priorities from urgency and approaching dates.
- Split large tasks into smaller subtasks.
- Redistribute planned time between selected people.
- Assign suitable website-project tasks to the AI agent when the project and access allow it.
