The neural model extracts intent, identifies key values, compares them with previous records, and selects matching categories, payment cards, dates, and related entities.

When entering data in the Action section, built-in artificial intelligence analyzes text in real time and automatically fills all remaining fields. You do not need to open separate forms for money, time, or tasks — simply write a phrase in natural human language.

How recognition works

  • 1. Natural text input Write what happened or what needs to be done in free form, e.g., “Taxi to airport 25 dollars from Tinkoff card yesterday” or “3 hours frontend landing work for Acme client”.
  • 2. Intelligent parsing AI determines entry type (money, time, or task), identifies numeric amounts, dates, categories, and currencies in context.
  • 3. Automatic pre-filling All form fields are populated instantly: currency-matched payment card, expense or income category, and project or client links.
  • 4. Full control & save The form remains fully interactive: you can fine-tune any field before confirming or save the record with a single click.

What AI recognizes

Finances & payments Amount, currency (USD, EUR, RUB, etc.), transaction type (expense, income, transfer), dates, subscriptions, and card selection taking account of currency.
Time tracking Exact work duration (hours, minutes), activity category, execution date, and client or project assignment.
Tasks & to-dos Detects task title, details, scheduled deadlines, priority, and assignees from multi-line text.
History & context AI takes your previous records and common patterns into account to accurately pre-select regular categories and routine items.

  • “Coffee and lunch 20 USD today” AI creates an expense record for 20 USD under the Food/Dining category with today’s date.
  • “2.5 hours team sync on redesign” AI creates a time record for 2:30 in the Meetings category linked to the corresponding project.
