Tasks

Task tracking, priorities, statuses, assignments and AI-assisted task organization.

Create a task with a clear result

A task should describe the result that needs to exist, its context, deadline and responsible person or bot. Link it to the right project and client so the work remains visible in reports.

  • Set a title, expected result, project, client, deadline and planned time.
  • Choose a status, priority and assignee; priority 1 is only for blockers, 2 is for work this week, and 3 is useful non-critical work.
  • Attach files and notes when the executor needs additional context.

How AI works with a task

Assign a supported task to an enabled AI bot for immediate or scheduled execution. The bot receives the task context and works inside the task workflow instead of creating an untraceable chat result.

  • The task enters execution, keeps its status and records the bot activity.
  • The bot can use the permitted project, connected website and attached files.
  • The bot returns a final report, marks success or error and can suggest a follow-up task.
  • Built-in AI or a configured provider can be selected according to the available access and API key.

Review, correct and continue

Automatic execution is not automatic acceptance. Read the report, check the website or other result, and send a correction in the task chat when the work needs another pass.

  • Keep the task result and corrections in one history.
  • Use clear follow-up instructions instead of starting an unrelated request.
  • Give the bot only the project, website and file access needed for this task.
